Hei thanks for the fave and the watch as well ! Really cool gallery, I like the stile you're developing and I think you're doing a great job. I like the way you render the skin and the material. I think you just need a little more practice to push your work on the next level. One thing that could you study more it's about composition. You tend sometimes o ignore the frame construction to float to the rendering part. It's a kind of an annoying process. It hit me as well sometimes I forgot what I'm doing and it carry me on for a while before I got I'm going to the wrong direction. It's just about stop it in the right moment.
Another things I notice it's that sometimes you stop the rendering process letting the work kind incomplete. I mean it's in a good stage but it could be way more.
I think you can definitely go true on the process and having a better result like those character:

Look on those ref, how they use the focus point to define the render region. Most of the time the face of the guy it's the center of your attention so you don't need to render it 100 %, but you can use the blur region to give a photo realistic look, and save you time in the same moment.
